You
can reach this dialog box by pressing the CTRL+F7 keys or by using the
‘Goto’ dialog box in the ‘Search’ menu bar.
You can set bookmarks at any line within a file to
establish a point where you can return to. To set a bookmark, press F7 on the
desired line. To return to a bookmark, press Ctrl+F7. The editor will list the
bookmarks established thus far.

Choose a line and the cursor will be placed there.
The same dialog box is used for deleting a bookmark. Select a line and the bookmark will be deleted.
You can scroll through the bookmarks using the Ctrl+F7 keys.
